Our Story
It started in 2019 when our founder, a lifelong American Girl collector, struggled to keep track of her growing collection. Spreadsheets were tedious. Paper lists got lost. And figuring out the value of rare dolls meant hours of eBay research.
She dreamed of a tool that could simply look at a photo and tell you exactly which doll you had—and what it might be worth. That dream became DollVault.
Today, DollVault serves over 50,000 collectors worldwide, from casual enthusiasts with a few cherished dolls to professional dealers managing hundreds of pieces. Our AI has processed over a million photos, and our database includes every American Girl doll ever made.
